This year both Boston and Brock went to scout camp at Camp Thunder Ridge with our ward troop. It was Brock's first scout camp and he had a great time. He worked hard and earned 8 merit badges! He had a lot of fun and was glad to have Boston there with him. Here he is on the log swing.
Even though Boston has already earned his Eagle Scout, he decided to go to scout camp with our ward and earn some more merit badges. He earned 5 more merit badges and our scout master said he was like an assistant scout master there. Here he is in the fort he built to sleep in for the Wilderness Survival merit badge. He looks much older than his barely 14 years, though, and apparently the other scouts in camp spent the week asking him for information because they thought he worked there.
He was a good sport and the boys all had a great time and brought home a pile of merit badges for me to enter into the system. :)
