Since St. Patrick's Day was on a Sunday, I took time to make these cute rainbow jello parfaits with some gold at the end, of course. The boys liked them a lot.

We also made a three-layer cake in progressing shades of green, but I didn't take a picture of the inside! I think this is the first time in years we were home from our Spring Break trip for St. Patrick's Day. Fun!
