Muir Woods

There is a National Monument near San Francisco called Muir Woods.  It is an absolutely beautiful 3 or 4 mile walk through some beautiful and amazing trees.
This picture shows a diameter of a tree with a timeline of what happened in the world during the thousand years that this tree lived.
We had so much fun walking and hiking around and seeing cool trees like this one.  We sure don't have any trees like this in St. George!

I loved this picture that Scott took,
and also this one.  It had just rained and everything was wet and fresh and beautiful.
There were beautiful flowers and clover everywhere.  If you ever get a chance, go to Muir Woods!
